Going Yard Baseball – Texas Pro Experience Weekend 2024

Live like a baseball pro October 4-5, 2024 in Sugar Land, Texas, while playing ball at Constellation Field, home of our terrific hosts, the Space Cowboys — AAA affiliate – Houston Astros!  Receive a full red-carpet treatment for your call-up. Come ready and dressed to impress, for the baseball experience of a lifetime!

Your Pro Experience Package includes:

  • PLAYING BALL EXCLUSIVELY AT AN MILB VENUE ALL DAY LONG:  Enjoy the privilege of having the opportunity to play at magnificent Constellation Field, home of MILB’s Space Cowboys – – AAA Affiliate Houston Astros…with special access to its beautiful field, dugouts, bullpens, visitors clubhouse, and all other approved access areas and amenities therein
  • FULL AGENDA OF BASEBALL ACTIVITY:  Placement on teams for a game and batting practice groups by Going Yard staff, giving participants an end-to-end experience, with plenty of special amenities and fun, just like the pros get.
    WELCOME EVENING: Welcome evening will entail moving into the Visitors Clubhouse where you will receive :

    • YOUR OWN LOCKER, with customized nameplate, in the visitor’s clubhouse for your call-up weekend – to store your gear and apparel. 
    • CUSTOM HEADSHOTS taken prior to batting practice, which will appear on the scoreboard during the event.
  • ON-FIELD BATTING PRACTICE full session where you kick off your baseball experience like the pros prior to your games, complete setup with screens, main hitting shell, and Going Yard staff administering a great lead-up to game play. 
  • ONE (1) EXTENDED GAME in your day of play, with a modified rule structure to accommodate players of all experience levels, complete with umpires and managed with on-field Going Yard staff who will facilitate participation and maximize on-field time, allowing participants to compete and have fun playing on one of the most beautiful baseball surfaces anywhere
  •  DESIGNATED SPECTATOR SEATING AREA BEHIND HOME PLATE in premium seating, to welcome any guests who will come watch you compete across the weekend, from the most comfortable seats in the ballpark.
  • ATHLETIC TRAINERS AND PROFESSIONAL COACHES: Going Yard cares about its participants having the best experience, so we will have professional coaches, athletic, and other medical trainers available to all participants, on field and in the clubhouse, across the event weekend.
  • FULL VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY crew capturing the events of the weekend and your participation
  • CUSTOM WALK-UP SONG WITH VIDEO BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT when you first step to the plate, captured and provided for your forever use, even on all your social media – about as pro and as close to the show as you can ever ask for!
  • OFFICIAL GOING YARD BATTING PRACTICE JERSEY, HAT AND EVENT T-SHIRT for all participants, hung neatly in your locker when you arrive
  • LUNCH, SNACKS AND ALL YOU CAN DRINK available for our guests in the clubhouse throughout the weekend
  • CORPORATE PARTNERS AND VENDORS on site and in the clubhouse, to make your acquaintance, and provide exclusive baseball products or services to our clients
  • GOING YARD STAFF available and at your disposal throughout the event weekend in all access areas, helping personalize and provide the same level of attention that the pros receive
